๐ฟ 1. Daily Walks
Simple and doable. Start small so it’s easy to get going. I resisted this at first and now I depend on this time each day.
๐งฝ 2. 10-Minute Night Reset
Makes mornings smoother. Life is hectic. If you don’t take time, you’ll never have time. It doesn’t take much to get back in control.
๐ 3. Read 1 Book/Month
Easy with audiobooks. I read a few pages while I wait at child pickup at school.
๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ง 4. Monthly โMom + Kidsโ Date
Strengthen connection. This is hard to maintain, but these one-on-one time become core memories.
๐ง 5. Sunday Self-Care Hour
It doesn’t have to be Sunday, but if your already scheduling time for church, then just pair it with a little time when you get home to do something you want.
๐ธ 6. Budget Reset
Start fresh after the holidays. We tend to get caught up in the holiday fervor, so taking a few minutes to reset our spending and expectations set my family up for success all year long.
๐ 7. Declutter 1 Drawer a Week
Small steps add up. You don’t have to do the whole kitchen or kids room. Just pick one small thing that is achievable. This will add a sense of accomplishment and you will be surprised at how much gets done with small consistent steps.
